Run Technique Video 2 – Using Gravity


This video discusses the first way to use “passive” ways to run quickly– falling forward with gravity. The key’s are: (1) posture; and (2) a foot strike that lands under your body (and which quickly will be behind your body as your momentum takes you forward). As your body gets ahead of your foot, you’ll fall forward (without breaking your posture!), pick up your foot and let your other foot drop right under you… over and over and over again until the finish line!
