From the Coach’s Training Log- One Clear Sign to Quit A Workout


If it’s hard to hold steady pace / power after you’ve warmed up– JUST QUIT!   This is a serious sign of fatigue (remember- steady is just above easy– it shouldn’t be that hard to hold!).  Nip it in the bud quickly or you might mess up your training for a couple weeks.  I’ve learned this the hard way so you don’t have to!  Remember– in the long run sometimes quitters DO win!
