For most of us this is a great time of year to get into a good routine. Time to re-commit and make sure we emerge from the winter fit & strong! Like many of you, my training and nutrition has been far from ideal over the last couple of weeks. Remember that you can’t “make up” for missed training– you can only learn from your missteps and vow to be more diligent and to do your best in the future. Last year I had some horrible weeks of training in December and January, but I got angry at myself and started the run of solid training that ended with me having the race of my dreams at IM Coeur D’Alene. Anger can be your friend!
