Now that race season is starting up, it’s time to start thinking about your race day gear and nutrition. You don’t want to try new gear and develop your nutrition strategy at the last minute!
Here are a few videos I took the day before Kona describing my race day gear & nutrition. For those of you who have never done a North American Ironman Race it shows how you bag your stuff for transition in those races. Kona was my 6th Ironman and my nutrition strategy & gear is the result of plenty of thought and experimentation. What works for me might not work for you, but hopefully the videos can give you some ideas for your own race day gear & nutrition.
