10 Hours Per week ironman Training WEek Download

Can You Really Finish an Ironman Strong With Just 10 Hours Per Week?

This Free Download Shows You How.

My 10 Hours Per Week Ironman Training Story

Back in 2019 I wanted to test my methods for busy athletes on myself and see if I could qualify for Kona at Ironman Santa Rosa in under 10 hours per week of training.    Could I be almost as fast as if I did a “full” traditional Ironman training buildup?

Long story short… it worked!  I averaged 10 hours per week in my build (only going above 10 hours for a few weeks at the end) and I won my age group.  Read about it here.

The free sample week in the download below is the type of training I was doing in the thick of my 10 hours buildup.   I hope this week of workouts will show you that you CAN train for an Ironman, even with your busy life.
