Can You Really Finish an Ironman Strong With Just 10 Hours Per Week?
This Free Download Shows You How.
My 10 Hours Per Week Ironman Training Story
Back in 2019 I wanted to test my methods for busy athletes on myself and see if I could qualify for Kona at Ironman Santa Rosa in under 10 hours per week of training. Could I be almost as fast as if I did a “full” traditional Ironman training buildup?
Long story short… it worked! I averaged 10 hours per week in my build (only going above 10 hours for a few weeks at the end) and I won my age group, qualifying for Kona.
The free sample week in the download below is the type of training I was doing in the thick of my 10 hours buildup. I hope this week of workouts will show you that you CAN train for an Ironman, even with your busy life.
